Sri Ashtalakshmi Temple cultural hall, attached to the main temple is approximately about 3,600 square feet in area. It is situated in a great location and close to 59 and surrounding Sugar Land and Katy areas. A spacious lobby and the hall can seat up to 300 people.

Rooms are available in various sizes ranging from just under 200 sqft to 3,600 sqft. The efficient layout, design, and versatility of the rooms will suit any occasion.

Hall Rental – Terms & Charges
1. Hall Rental & Timing
* Hall rental: $150 per hour, with a minimum rental period of 4 hours.
* Decoration/setup time: Any time used for decoration or setup will also be charged at the $150/hour hall rental rate.
1. Event & Ceremony Charges
* Charges for event and ceremony services are separate from the hall rental and vary based on the type of event and services required.
* Examples:
* Marriage (Vivaham): $751
* Sri Venkateswara Kalyanam: $251
* The applicable event and ceremony charges will be communicated based on the specific event.
* Priest services must be arranged through ALT.
* Priest Sambhavana is optional and is the responsibility of the renter.
1. Tables & Chairs
* Chairs: 80–100 chairs are available at no additional charge.
* Tables: 8–10 tables are available at no additional charge.
* Chairs and tables will not be laid out. The renter is responsible for arranging them as needed and stacking them back after the event.
1. Cleaning
* Cleaning charge: $250.
1. Audio & Lighting
* Audio package: $150 — optional.
* Lighting package: $150 — optional.
1. Catering & Supplies
* Food: All food must be catered through ALT.
* Paper supplies: Any paper supplies (plates, cups, napkins, etc.) sourced through ALT will be charged separately to the renter.
1. Security Deposit
* Security deposit: $300.
* The security deposit will be refunded after the event, subject to proper maintenance of the hall and the hall being returned in acceptable condition.
1. Payment
* All payments must be made in full before the event.
