Temple Hall Rental Bylaws:
- Submit request to hallrental@ashtalakshmi.org/ or else reservation is not confirmed
- Decoration service can be provided upon request (if available)
- Decorations – Should follow Vaishnava Sampradhaya
- Temple hours morning: 8 am – 12.30 pm / evening: 5.30 pm – 8.30 pm
- Decoration or events can be done only during temple hours
- Temple will not set up any furniture
- It is your responsibility to leave the event room clean and remove the furniture/decorations
- Water, napkins, plates, spoons or other serving utensils are not provided
- In the instance of bringing food from outside – Only vegetarian food with no onion and garlic is
allowed. No alcoholic beverages admitted.
- No food allowed inside the main temple (Prayer Hall)
- The kitchen next to event hall is only for preparing prasadam for temple deities. No one is
allowed to enter into the kitchen area.
- You are allowed to use your own sound system
- Priest services can be provided by temple upon request (funds goes to temple)
- Priest Sambhavana is separate from service fee (this goes to priest)
- Per hour/125 dollars (only the event hall)
- Cleaning charges $150 (per event).
- Hall for Decoration use – $25 per hour
- Tables (Round and Square) $4/Table
- Chairs $1/Chair
- Chairs and Tables are to be arranged and removed by the requestor.
- Basic sound system can be provided for cost of $150/event
- Advance payment required
- If planning to set up a display table for sale – only items that are compatible to Vedic Dharma are
allowed. A donation of $100 per display table will be charged.
- Parking Free
- Wireless Internet Access Available
- Cancellation fee ($200) – For any reason you are in a circumstance to cancel the event
